That was a grand name was it not? I must let you all see this wonderfull GFX card and help me judge the correct company to make said purchase from. I have the visiontek brand here, but was not positive if I should buy this brand or not...
What would be better and make more sence? His, Saphire , Dimond, Gecube, etcetera.
Check out this review vid, it plays UT3 at 141 FPS! CoD 4 @ 118 FPS! So this is truly a great card. Thanks guys for helping me make the right dicission here.

p.s. Also I have heared from 2 different places that the length of this card varies from 10 incher to 13 inches? I only heared about the 10 inch length befor the man stated 13 in this vid.

I would choose the brand by price. They all have the standard design and largely the same package content.
The cheapest 3870x2 I found is from Sapphire and costs 340€ (includes shipping)
How are the prices in US?

I have measured it and found the space to be sufficent enough for placement in my machine.

I got the Visiontek one because of the lifetime warranty and it worked great for 3 days, but died on me, so I sent it back for another one. Don't let that discourage you though, there's bad eggs in every basket and my luck of the draw just wasn't all that great.
Other than that, it runs everything insanely well.

I know that most PC parts are interchangeable, but will any olde PSU fit in my HP media center case? As you can tell the extent of my hardware knowledge consists of Video card and Ram upgrades.
Danke fur die hilfe!

As long as it's an ATX case you should be fine. And with power supplies, you can't have "too much" but you can have "too little". In which case, it isn't pretty.

I couldnt find the OEM version anywhere but at Mwave.com, I ended up spending $479.00 for a card that said ATI on it and showed Ruby on the card, not a visiontech or His.....I actualy prefer ruby on my cards!

Ok phatty, here is my specs:
Mobo: Asus P5LP-LE
Psu:600 w Cooler Master Extreme power Duo
Manufacturer: HP Pavilion 061
Processor: Intel® Pentium® Dual CPU 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Memory: 3GB RAM PNY
Hard Drive: 250 GB Total
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2
Monitor: ACER 20 Inch.Widescreen LCD Monitor
Sound Card:Realtek High Definition Audio
Keyboard: Logitech G15 Gaming Keyboard
Mouse: HP Laser
Operating System: Windows Vista™ Home Premium
Seems to me that I got a pretty hot system, so I should be getting no lag in games at all on max settings. Hell even sometimes in Turning point fall of liberty it stutters and thats the UT3 engine. It should run it better than anything on the market now!
Waiting for the 8.4 catalyst suit to come out in a few days I hope. That is what I am hopping will fix everything for me.

To get 141FPS in UT3 did you uncap the FPS limiter???
