Hi I'm matt and this will be my new wip topic where I showcase some things I am currently working on.
I am mostly doing maps and buildings/props because I lack of talent creating such awesome cars like our modeller Jazz.

First thing to showcase will be a small gas station. I made a 50-60ies style gas pump before so I was in needed of a building they fit to. The reference for the gas station can be found here.

I remade the old slick track terrain in Geocontrol2. The old map was to small and the track much to short.

I used the original map layout to recreate the terrain. Its limited to the base shape of the map though.

Update on the upcoming map "Slick Track"!

This is still the small version because I think it matches the original scale better than the bigger version.

I hope to be ready until the next test so we can the route and the jumps

Pro:
Really good textures and terrain.

Cons:
It looks too small and I dont like the "recently tarred" road.

A small, but vrey fun trackon the origional. a great track to add, althow id rather see desert sun remade that wold be so cool. Good job on the track man!

Cool

Isn't the transition angle road-ramp too sharp?

The FH2 guys did great at blending the objects texture of their trenches to the terrain color. Not sure how they got it so well.
