How to attract more peoble to visit the site OR: How to make the site more interesting

I think everyone noticed that we lack of something called a community or people that visit the site regulary. I don't think its because the mod sucks (its actually one, if not THE best mods for bf2) in general.
So if someone has got a nice idea how to make the site more attractive, please post your ideas! Everything thats on your mind! Even strange ideas that will probably never realized^^
For example: New features (online car builder (Flash), etc.), website skin, etc.
I think we urgently need a basic gallery.
And maybe later a category to present the cars and their specs and skins, a page for the weapons and the maps we have made or plan to create.

To attract more people though here is a few ideas;-
Create a Facebook/Twitter page and regularly update it (Maybe only do this if someone has time to do it, as you don't want to appear 'inactive')
Some short 'viral' videos of some of the completed things on the mod and post them on big community sites like ModDB any Battlefield 2 mod sites etc.
And some nice images in a gallery for when people do get to the site they have something to see
There's some ideas anyway, keep up the good work looking forward to the Beta!
P.S I created an account just for this post

P.P.S I'm a video editor and graphic artist! So if you need any help I'd be keen to help out if I can.

i'd also like to get rid of this "portal" look an have a cms based regular website as frontpage.
So if someone has an idea on how to get news from this forum shown on an external page, tell me.
I'm also thinking about moving to a freeware forum software which has better website integration features.

If that doesn't work just search for "interstate nitro" in facebook.

Developer blogs/threads- Exists in the forums already. Post something there
-
weekly/monthly polls- Added. New poll every 2nd week.
- tutorial section - What should it include? We'll need a mapping Tut for the gamemodes at least. And this should be put in the community mapping forum.
- concept/music section - That could be added to the media section/gallery?
I'm currently thinking about which direction automatic news post publishing makes more sence..
Create @ Website and have a post about in the forum. - Might have the advantage of better styling and e.g. big headlines. Example HERE
OR
Create @ Forums and send to the website. - This is how it's currently managed. So no changes..
Edit: Actually I think I'll use that theme from crysis2forums ^^

I have no idea how facebook stuff works but maybe it's possible to contact some admin/staff there to transfer owner rights?!

I think regular updates on our site, bf-editor.org and all the other bf-sites combined with solid quality models/gameplay and some more action in the forum will do the job perfectly.

He's got 100 people in his friends list.
50 people of them see that he's fan of ISN and wonder what it is so they check it out.
5 of the 50 play BF2 and like it too so become fans aswell.
the 5 guys have 100 friends each -> 500 people who might check the page.
exponential growth of fans --> increasing activity.
Everybody in social network is a link to many other people. That's why they become more and more popular.
Same for twitter and its "retweet" feature. 1 click spread to all of your followers.
Guess what happens when people like Bazajatee (Dice Producer) or zh1nt0 (BF Community Manager) retweet that. They have several thousand followers..
Although I don't use facebook myself (I don't even use cell phones btw
So I think it's essential for a modern website to support social media.

Maybe you should edit the post because its the old link. (it's not very important after all)
Also add the mod to mods lists site
I think this mod is very fresh for bf2, moreover there is no many mods too, not like bf42...
You should make more video on youtube
Is there a test version of the mod?
